It features a living room and an equipped kitchenette. The large terrace is furnished for a vacation in direct contact with nature. In addition to the courtyard complete with outdoor shower and barbecue, within the property, a large lawn is available for strolling and playing with your children. The house, entirely on the first and last floor, consists of:
• living room with a dining table for 6, sofa, and TV, equipped kitchenette
• air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed
• air-conditioned bedroom with 3 single beds
• complete bathroom with a washing machine
• the spacious covered terrace with a view of the green hills of Chia accommodates a second dining table with 6 seats and outdoor armchairs.

The recommended beaches include Sa Colonia Beach, Su Portu Beach, Su Giudeu Beach, Cala Cipolla Beach, and Tuerredda Beach. The village of Pula attracts many visitors thanks to numerous shops and venues open at night. The nearest center is Domus De Maria, where there are a pharmacy, a bank, and other services.
