The apartment, located on the first and last floor, features the following on a single level: • living room with equipped kitchen and a table for 4 • bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace • terrace with a table for 4 • full bathroom. Both the bedroom and the living room, where two sofa beds are available, are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. The sofa beds are very comfortable as they come with standard single mattresses. The constant sea view from all areas of the house makes this accommodation special. Modern fixtures ensure perfect brightness and ventilation. Heating and air conditioning are provided by 2 efficient split systems, making the apartment comfortable even during the colder season. On the ground floor, in addition to the courtyard, there is a shared veranda adorned with outdoor armchairs, two heated showers, and a barbecue. Vehicles can be parked free of charge in the open space in front of the entrance.

The area: we are situated in one of the best locations in Villasimius. The southwest position from the town center allows for peaceful nights, away from the hustle and bustle of nightlife. The area in front of the house, free from buildings and characterized by low vegetation, gives the feeling of being far from the town. The street where the apartment is located has no outlets, avoiding road or pedestrian traffic. Villasimius is a lively village. It’s impossible to get bored in the evening, thanks to numerous restaurants, wine bars, and the shopping street with Sardinian craft shops and traditional food stores. The village, inhabited by locals year-round, provides all the services for a vacation filled with fun, nightlife, and beach and recreational activities. The beautiful beaches of Villasimius can be reached by a short car ride or through the shuttle bus service. Although not essential in this location, having a car is always recommended during your vacation.
