The house, set in a magnificent natural context with a view of the Chia hills and fully air-conditioned, features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a living room with a dining table for 8, sofas, and a maxi-screen TV, along with an equipped kitchen. The large veranda is furnished for spending a holiday in direct contact with nature. In addition to a large courtyard for exclusive use, a spacious lawn is also available within the property for walking and for your children to play. Free Wi-Fi and parking space are included. The apartment, entirely on the ground floor, consists of:

- First bedroom with two single beds and a window overlooking the courtyard.
- Second bedroom with a double bed and a window overlooking the courtyard.
-Third bedroom with 2 single beds.
- First full bathroom.
-Second full bathroom with a large shower and washing machine.

The house is cool even in summer thanks to the air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, and it also has mosquito nets for stress-free ventilation. Guests have exclusive use of the large courtyard facing the veranda, where in addition to the convenience of a second 8-seater table, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue, they will also find a children's play area equipped with a swing. The Area: We are located in Chia, in a reserved context surrounded by nature. Within a very short distance (300m) you will find a Market, Coffee-bar, restaurants, pizzerias, and direct sale of agricultural products grown in the surrounding gardens. This is an optimal location for reaching all the most beautiful beaches of South-West Sardinia; all equipped with parking areas and served by beach resorts, and kiosk bars for aperitifs and lunch breaks. Recommended beaches include: Sa Colonia beach, Su Portu beach, Su Giudeu beach, Cala Cipolla beach, and Tuerredda beach. The village of Pula attracts many visitors thanks to the numerous shops and nightlife spots. The closest major town is Domus De Maria, where a Pharmacy, Bank, and other services are located. Several archaeological and nature attractions are present in the area, including: The Phoenician-Punic-Roman archaeological complex of Nora and its mythical ruins, the Is Zuddas caves in Santadi, and the Is Cannoneris forest park with its beautiful Mediterranean flora and fauna, which can make your vacation more exciting.
