Located between the village border and the pure Mediterranean scrub, Casa Edhen, newly and luxuriously finished, is in perfect connection with nature. The Jacuzzi in the artistic garden adds value to the place. The accommodation offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, A/C, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The high-quality design and furnishings offer charm and comfort. You can relax with a movie on the 65-inch TV screen, while unlimited and free Wi-Fi is accessible from all rooms and the courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking. Guests can enjoy 6 indoor seats, plus 6 outdoor seats on the veranda. The sleeping area comprises: • Master bedroom with a 160×190 bed • Bedroom with a queen-size bed 160 x 200 • 2 full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The artistic garden on two levels hosts dozens of tree species and the Jacuzzi tub, equipped with both heating and hydro massage. There’s also a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Air conditioning cold & hot is available in both bedrooms and the living room. All French doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets to allow ventilation of the rooms. Spaces not accessible to guests: • the outdoor tool shed • half of the wardrobes • the chests in the living room. A private parking spot and free street parking are available. All spaces of the house and the garden are exclusively available to guests.

THE AREA: We are located in Via del Monte, a dead-end street, where only residents can access, on Villasimius south-west rim. Our property borders on two sides with the pure Mediterranean scrub, conveying the feeling of being far from the village. Instead the services, the “shopping street” and the historical area can be reached with a short walk. With about 5-6 minutes on foot you can reach: supermarket – coffee – restaurants and pizzeria – Lounge bar – bakery – bank and pharmacy. The car is warmly recommended to discover all the beaches, the noteworthy places, the farmhouses outside the village, especially in low season. Alternatively bicycles can be rented near the house. In high season, the “Shuttle bus” service is also available, connecting the village to the various beaches in the area.
