Casa Tya is the perfect accommodation for those seeking a peaceful holiday in contact with nature, a short distance from the most beautiful beaches of southwestern Sardinia. Semi-independent, with a private entrance, courtyard on two sides, it develops on the ground floor and a raised floor. Internally, the living room houses a modern equipped kitchen, also with a dishwasher, Deghi Terat sofa bed for the third guest, and a table with 4 seats. TV and fast and unlimited Wi-Fi internet, accessible from the entire property. Eight steps to the upper floor where there is the full bathroom, with shower and washing machine, and the double bedroom, equipped with a large wardrobe and access to the courtyard. Modern split air conditioning for both hot and cold in the living room and bedroom make this house pleasantly livable in all seasons. Externally, the large covered porch with a view of nature invites you to spend the holiday outdoors. Here you will find: a second table with 4 seats, two sun loungers, and the outdoor shower, not heated but convenient on hot summer days. An external avenue with steps, about 25 meters long, connects the house with the street level, where you can park your vehicle for free. The steps have been specially built low to climb easily. The neighborhood has zero traffic: only the few vehicles of the owners or guests pass by.

The area: We are in Southeast Sardinia, in Domus De Maria, a small village famous for its slow life and the natural beauty of its coastal territory: white sandy beaches and ancient junipers, granite peaks, small sheltered bays in breathtaking panoramas, boat trips, and inflatable boat rides… for sea lovers. A vast mountain area with parks of Mediterranean flora, horseback riding, excursions in wild oases, and ancient caves millions of years old… for those who prefer the mainland 🙂 Casa Tya is in a strategic position to discover this corner of Sardinia even in low season.
