The area: On the street where the apartment is located, Via Masaccio, vehicular and pedestrian traffic is very low, limited to residents only. The neighborhood remains quiet even during high season. Within a 250-meter radius from the house, there is a Conad supermarket and an excellent café-restaurant. The village center, reachable on foot in a short time, is very lively. It’s impossible to get bored in the evening, thanks to the numerous restaurants, wine bars, and the shopping street with Sardinian handicraft shops and traditional food stores. Villasimius, inhabited by locals year-round, offers all the services for a vacation full of fun, nightlife, and beach and recreational activities. The beautiful beaches can be reached by a short car ride or via the shuttle bus service. A car is always recommended during your vacation.
