Villa Aura is the ideal accommodation for those seeking a peaceful vacation in contact with the beach and nature. The 500 square meter courtyard surrounds it on three sides, meticulously cared for by expert gardeners, mostly covered with a beautiful English lawn. Here, you can relax in complete privacy while listening to the gentle sound of the waves, sunbathe on the sun loungers, and let your children play. The recently renovated large veranda is equipped with an 8-seater table, outdoor furniture, and a built-in barbecue. Inside, the villa features a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and a lounge area with a large-screen TV. Free and unlimited Wi-Fi covers the entire property, allowing high-speed browsing. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms: • 2 rooms with two single beds, air conditioning, fan, small wardrobe, desk, and window with mosquito net • 1 room with a double bed, fan, small wardrobe, and window with mosquito net • 1 room with a double bed, bunk bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, fan, and French-doors opening onto the veranda. The bathrooms and laundry area are arranged as follows: • guest bathroom with sink, toilet, and bidet • main bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, and shower • Washing machine and outdoor shower with hot water in the courtyard. The area: We are located in Southeast Sardinia, in Geremeas, a stunning seaside resort along the southern coast of Sardinia. An enchanting beach with crystal-clear waters and sandy seabed. The beach is accessible for free with open access or by booking sun loungers and umbrellas at beach clubs. The area is served by the ‘Country Club’ mini-market and the Kal’e Moru café bar. For pizza, we recommend ‘Da Palmira’ in Torre delle Stelle, and for seafood, ‘Da Barbara’ in Solanas.
