Villa Bugari is a recently built, completely independent villa, air-conditioned throughout, capable of accommodating up to 6 people thanks to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It features a large living room with an equipped kitchenette. It is a 300-meter walk to the small square, the cafe, the restaurant, or the market. The beautiful beaches of Chia and Teulada can be reached in about 7 minutes via an uncongested road. Free unlimited Wi-Fi and private parking are available.

The villa, completely independent, is developed on two levels. Ground Floor: air-conditioned living room with a sofa and TV, a table with 6 settings, and an equipped kitchenette; full bathroom with a washing machine. First and Top Floor: first bedroom with a double bed; second bedroom with a double bed; third bedroom with a bunk bed. The bunk bed consists of a double bed (French-size) plus a single bed. Hot and cold air conditioning is available both in the living room and in all bedrooms. The veranda area and sun loungers invite you to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Villa Bugari is the ideal accommodation for those who, in addition to the beauty of the nearby beaches, are looking for a holiday in close contact with the local reality of a typical Sardinian village. It is necessary to walk up a small ramp with 10 steps to reach the house from the private street-level parking.

The Area: Villa Bugari is strategically located to discover this corner of Sardinia, even in the low season. The most beautiful beaches of South-West Sardinia are about a 7-minute drive away and are served by a parking area and beach resorts, as well as bar kiosks for aperitifs and lunch breaks. Recommended beaches: Spiaggia di Su Giudeu, Spiaggia di Cala Cipolla, Spiaggia di Tuerredda. The town center, 300 meters away, can be reached with a very short walk, and you will find: mini market – bar – restaurant and pizzeria – bank – pharmacy – emergency medical service. A car is essential for your holiday in Domus De Maria. You can reach the village center in a two-minute walk. Guests have access to all spaces in the house – to the courtyard and the parking space. Two sideboards are kept for private use. No area is shared with other people. Note: The property provides bed linen and a set of bathroom towels per person free of charge upon arrival. If guests require extra linen, the service can be organized upon request at the time of booking. Electricity consumption is included up to 80 kWh per week.
