The interior spaces are all on a single level and connect seamlessly to the courtyard through bright French doors. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything needed for home cooking, and guests can enjoy meals both indoors in the living room and on the outdoor veranda overlooking the sea, where there’s also a barbecue.
The sleeping area consists of:
• 1 room with a queen-size bed
• 1 room with two single beds
• 1 master bedroom with a queen-size bed.
All rooms have air conditioning, wardrobe closets, and courtyard-facing French doors. The windows in the kitchen and bathrooms have mosquito nets. There are two full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The outdoor veranda hosts a table with 8 seats, a sun lounger, and outdoor armchairs. The rooftop solarium is a fantastic spot for a sunset drink with a view of the bay.

The area: we are located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in all of Southern Sardinia. The condominium security service and the very low level of traffic make this neighborhood safe and peaceful. The commercial area in the square in front of the prestigious Chia Laguna Resort offers the convenience of amenities such as a minimarket, bar, restaurant, pharmacy, and ATM, as well as evening shows and entertainment. Campana Dune Beach is approximately 400 meters away in a straight line and is easily reachable with a short walk. Having a car is always recommended during your vacation in Chia.
