VILLETTA DIANA - PORTO PINO

Villetta Diana is a recently built end-of-terrace house, independent on three sides and developed on two levels. Externally, on one side of the courtyard, you will find the heated outdoor shower, and on the other, a comfortable covered veranda with a six-seater table and outdoor armchairs.
Internally, the ground floor consists of:
• living room with sofas and TV and a six-seater dining table
• fully equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher
• the first full bathroom with a washing machine.
The single flight of stairs leads to the sleeping area all on the first and last floor, consisting of:
• first bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom complete with access to a small terrace
• second bedroom with a single bed, which can also become a double bed.
The windows, equipped with mosquito nets, guarantee brightness and perfect ventilation. Air conditioning is available in both the living room and the first bedroom. The folding door on the stairs allows isolating the first floor, which can be effectively cooled or heated thanks to the present split system.

The area: we are inside a small condominium recently built, accessible only to owners and guests. The beautiful and award-winning Porto Pino beach is about 300 meters away and can be quickly reached on foot. This seaside resort, renowned for its white sand dunes reminiscent of Saharan landscapes, is not heavily affected by mass tourism and therefore maintains a low commercial profile. During the summer season, you can walk from home to reach a supermarket, tobacco shop, café bar, a good pizzeria, and excellent local seafood restaurants. A vehicle is always highly recommended to discover nearby noteworthy places and to make use of services more comfortably. The nearby village of Sant’Anna Arresi [6 km] offers services throughout the year.
